NORA KENNER
Vice President, Claims Product Management

In her position as Vice President of Claims Product Management, Ms. Kenner heads activities related to sales, client installations, and the development of claims adminstration software functionality. She also heads the GenSource training and QA departments.

Ms. Kenner is uniquely qualified for this role as she has been involved, over the years, in a variety of key positions at GenSource. As a programmer and systems analyst, she was a major contributor in the development of GenSource's GenCOMP, GenPAC, GenDIS, and GenRISK packages. She has also headed QA, training, and documentation activities related to these products, and as GenSource's Accounts Manager, and later on, Director of Installation and Customer Support, Ms. Kenner managed all aspects of system installation and client support. As the head of Consulting Services and Product Managment, Ms. Kenner now concentrates on prospect and customer requirements analysis and product development functions. In this capacity, she utilizes her expertise in insurance software applications.

Ms. Kenner holds a Bachelor's degree from the Univerisity of California, Los Angeles where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with departmental honors and was awarded membership to Phi Beta Kappa. She has also received a post-graduate Teaching Credential in Secondary Education from UCLA and the Los Angeles Unified School District. Additional post graduate studies have covered a wide range of subjects in computer technology and the workers' compensation field. She has earned a Workers' Compensation Certificate from the Insurance Education Association.

CHRIS SULLIVAN
Vice President, Operations

In his position as Vice President of Operations, Mr. Sullivan's teams are responsible for operating system, database and hardware support for GenSource's clients, as well as network administration and desktop support internally at GenSource. Mr. Sullivan also oversees the Project management group which is responsible for the installations and upgrades for GenSource's clients.

Mr. Sullivan has been with GenSource since 1994, and has filled the roles of technical support analyst, network administrator, database administrator, systems installer, project manager and systems trainer.

Mr. Sullivan attended the Electrical Engineering school at Tufts University in Massachusetts. Continued studies have included courses in business and computer technology. In addition he holds several certifications, including ones from IBM and Citrix.

JANICE R. KUBOTA
Manager, Client Support

Ms. Janice Kubota is the Manager of Client Services and Documentation. In this role she manages the help desk and supports client needs through personalized care and comprehensive answers, technically-tailored for their individual client's needs. Feedback from this one-on-one relationship is cycled back into the Consulting and Programming divisions to ensure that user requests are incorporated into current and future products.

Ms. Kubota bases her service-oriented philosophy upon twenty-four years of software engineering and support experience.  She has managed all lifecycle phases of software development including product requirements, programming, quality assurance and technical support.  Her previous company experience has been in the aerospace and software industries, with companies such as IBM and Lockheed.  Jan holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Pepperdine, plus additional undergraduate work in Computer Science at California State University, Northridge. She has also completed Workers' Compensation Certificate studies with the Insurance Education Association.
