GenPAC
GenPAC is the claims administration system that adjudicates all property and casualty claims. Insured and self-insured claims administration can occur in one environment for general liability, commercial liability, automotive, property damage, bodily injury, product liability and PIP. GenPAC automates the claims administration function, management of individual cases, and scheduled reporting.
The GenPAC product has a complete set of screens for the claimant including legal, payments, reserves, notes, and diary as well as an abstract of claims history for inquiry-only views. The system functionality supports administration by carriers, third-party administrators, or self-insured/self-administered entities.
